The staff were very helpful with my internet service, my request for a room away from street traffic and even walking me to my room when my hands were full. What I didn’t like was the smell of cleaners mingled into one, there was hair conditioner in the bathroom but no shampoo. And the worst was the air conditioning unit. I like a cool room, but I had to turn off the AC overnight because it rattled so loud I couldn’t sleep.

We just needed a room for the night as we drove back home from Corpus Christi and boy did we find a true gem! We had so much space in our suite. Our 6 year old kept saying how amazing this room was and we agreed! The night shift receptionist was incredibly polite and super friendly. We are now planning a weekend getaway to Turner Falls Park so we can stay here again.

The tv in my room kept shutting off I couldn’t get the internet to connect. Besides that the room was clean. I did smell smoke when first entering but after it was fine.

The staff was great, the breakfast was AWSOME, and location is good. Our room was not that clean. The microwave was filthy, the fridge had an odor and food dropping, the coffee pot and tray had hair and dust all over it. * The bed was comfortable. Over all good stay.

The staff were friendly from arrival to departure. Breakfast was great. The only thing we recommend is adding sausage gravy for the biscuits, and bananas. Other than that, the room was wonderful. We've stayed here three times and no complaints.

We have been staying at this hotel since 2021. Check in was quick and easy, but our room was not clean. I addressed this to the lady at the front desk and she took us to another room. That room was no cleaner than the original room we reserved. She was the sweetest lady and so helpful! After 3 rooms we finally got one that wasn’t as bad as the others. It makes me sad to say after 5 years of staying here we won’t be back. Place has gone downhill! Just not a clean hotel anymore!! Breakfast is still good and lobby and pool are kept clean, but other than that YUCK!!
