"When we arrived we found some niggly problems, no bin supplied in bedroom for general waste, hot water tap loose and heating was only small electric radiator. Breakfast menus were not supplied initially when seated which cause a problem on the second day, we weren’t made aware that if you had porridge to start there would be extra charge for cooked breakfast, this wasn’t the case last year when we came."
