"Santa Maria Maior was just as described and in a perfect location. We were minutes from the cable car and many wonderful restaurants and bars. Patricia greeted us and explained everything about the apartment and some tips regarding the area. She was delightful. Olivier checked to ensure everything went smoothly and wished us a farewell. "Nice place, near the bus stop and close enough the shops and restaurants. Clean and well equipped apartment. We travelled with group of 4 persons and this was great fit for us as there was bathrooms and bedrooms for both couples and functioning kitchen. There was also enough extra blankets and heaters if having cold, but as we are from Finland, we didn't need those ;)"

"I can’t rave enough about this hotel!! Parking included, fantastic and knowledgeable staff, unbelievable brunch/breakfast and the room was just outstanding. Reception was so patient with all my questions. Female staff really spent time with me and gave me the best advice. I really wish I remembered her name but she is exceptionally good at her role. I do wish there was a bottle opener in the room instead of having to get it from the front desk but that’s a small suggestion. "
