"This place was easy to access, close to restaurants and shopping. EASY check in and check out process. I give them a 5/5. Just a couple of hiccups but I am still giving them a 5/5 , but the description of the property stated there was a grill so prior to check in we stopped and got burgers and dogs for the grill, but there was no grill and linen was provided but no washcloths. Other than that, I will stay here each and every time I go to Pagosa!"

"Thials house was a gorgeous property, lots of space and good accommodations. Although there was difficulty with the air conditioner, our host did everything they could to help us stay cool, and accommodate our needs. They were very responsive when we contacted them. The only reason this wasn’t a five star was because it was quite warm upstairs, but compensation was made for that inconvenience. This was a great stay, and I would definitely consider it again."
