Charming house in the Périgord style

Gîte for 6 people is a pretty farmhouse at the end of a hamlet, located in the countryside on a plot of one hectare 20 minutes from Sarlat and 10 minutes from any shops. ( Salignac).
Ideally located between the Vézère Lascaux valley and the Dordogne valley, near the most beautiful sites of the Périgord Noir.
It consists of 3 bedrooms each equipped with:
1st bedroom: 1 bed of 180/200 (double bed) + baby equipment sheets and towels provided
2nd bedroom: 1 bed of 160/200 (medium bed) sheets and towels provided
3rd bedroom 2 beds of 90/190 (twin bed) sheets and towels provided
A fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, oven, coffee makers (dolce gusto), toaster, kettle and more
A living room dining room: TV, DVD player wifi

The exterior consists of a private and totally enclosed courtyard for the possible reception of pets.
Outdoor barbecue with covered terrace to enjoy the sunset.
Finally the fully private swimming pool secured 8m×4m to spend a pleasant stay.
