"Very comfortable apartment in Haile Center. Fully furnished and easy walking to multiple restaurants"

"Very cute old fashioned neighborhood with several restaurants within walking distance. It was perfect for visiting my Gainesville family. I have been visiting Gainesville for over 10 years and I will probably stay here for the rest of my stays. Master bedroom has black out curtains for complete darkness and it's own bathroom. I really wanted to eat in the beautiful dining room but spent most of my time on the patio. I saw hawks from the patio and deer while driving around. Best place...

"Great property and location!"

"It was very quite and peaceful; I look forward to returning and can highly recommend this property. Of note, there were flashlights everywhere which you rarely see and it was a comforting touch - the area around the house is pretty dark. We felt very safe with neighbors close by (but not too close!) Beds were comfortable, amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen very well stocked with extra supplies in the garage. The entire house was very clean!!!"

"The place was very clean and smelled great, and is family friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone . It’s close enough to the springs and not crazy far from the beaches . The host is very well mannered and answers fast. If you are thinking about booking this place , it’s a must !"

"Everything was perfect, thank you!"

"The townhouse is located close to everything, had plenty of space for our family of three, and was pet friendly! Although the Gators lost regionals, we enjoyed our stay and recommend this house to anyone coming to Gainesville and needing a great place to stay!"
