"This hotel is amazing and a must-stay if ever in Greensboro. Period. The rooms are uniquely sophisticated and common areas are stunning. Service at every level is impeccable facilities are unforgettable. We had a minor hot water issue during our stay, but we are still coming back for more, more, more at this great property. Kudos to Kayla at Print Works Bistro, Jerry at check-in, Maddox at check-out and Stephen for everything else! "

"The hotel amenities were great from the restaurant, spa, pool and rooms. The staff were positive and rindless and very helpful. We enjoyed the decorations and the spa. The food was delicious. I would stay at this hotel again. "
