"I got to Cabin 9 around 9pm after a long drive on icy roads on a 15 degree evening. When I opened the door to the cabin I was surprised to find it freezing cold inside, but I followed the directions to turn on the single small wall-mounted heater. My family and I spent about an hour in our coats in the sauna waiting for warm air to happen, and repeatedly reaching out to property management. The warm air never happened. "I came up for a golf trip at the Arcadia courses and decided to stay here for my visit. The motel was hosting an art retreat which isn’t typically my thing but all the people I talked with were really cool. I talked briefly with the owner when I got there and she was amazing and had a really cool vibe. Would definitely stay again."

"Staff was wonderful & even moved us to a riverfront room because the hotel was pretty empty. The parking lot was under warning damage & the room was filthy yet staff upgraded us to the room. Can’t imagine our other option. The beds were horrible & we couldn’t even sleep in the same bed because a single person sunk so far in 2 in 1 bed may have sunk to the point knees would touch our chest. We had to clean the room & there were bugs in the con webs in the room. The shower didn’t look like it had been cleaned forever. Wouldn’t go back. It ilwas not an 8.9 Expedia experience for sure & we stayed for 3 nights. I ended up in the chiropractor, massage & acupuncturist’s office when I got home costing me over $300 in damages to my body from the bed. Sad experience for sure."
