"Hello, My mother and I stayed at the hotel in February, and it was an excellent choice. The location was perfect within walking distance of the Grotto—which made our pilgrimage to Lourdes very convenient. The staff were amazing and very supportive, always ready to give us helpful information on how to navigate around Lourdes. Our room was very clean and spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable, allowing me to have a peaceful and restful sleep. Mano at reception was particularly professional and patient with all our requests. Her excellent service made our stay even more pleasant. she went above and beyond to accomodate us as my mum needed disability facilities . Carina at reception was also very nice The buffet breakfast was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. In the future, it would be wonderful if there could be a wider variety of full meal choices for lunch and dinner, as this would surely attract even more travellers. I have already recommended the hotel to my friends and family who are planning a religious pilgrimage to Lourdes, and I will certainly return in the future. Well done to the management and all the staff. The cleaners also did a wonderful job—unfortunately I did not get their names, but they were excellent. Thank you for a lovely stay."

"Traveled with my young adult daughters who loved this stay because it is a little dated and a little old fashioned (sound of music vibes). The price was outstanding, but the breakfast reflected that and the overall facilities are a bit rundown. The staff was so kind and helpful and it is a very convenient location to the grotto and cathedral which is why we were in town. I would recommend it - only giving a four to be clear that it isn’t upscale or anything like that. "

"Room is small & a bit crowded & guests beside our room you can hear them. Buffet breakfast has limited choices. Though Vanessa was good enough to get us a taxicab. "
