Zabeel is my fav part of Dubai. I have been doing work related projects in Dubai for a long time and everytime I would go back to Zabeel. The most amazing staff (even for the high service level in Dubai), rooms are cozy and comfortable, honestly one of the best gyms I have used of all the hotels I have stayed all over the word, and the breakfast, oh the breakfast is to die for. Will come back everytime that I am in Dubai for sure.

This is a great hotel, which is only a 15 minute walk from the Dubai Mall. Everything about my room was great; very comfortable bed, spacious room, lots of storage, and a large shower. The staff are excellent and willing to answer any question. The food in the restaurant is also excellent. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Dubai.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights only. Had some issues during check-in (they initially put me in a simpler room on the 6th floor. I complained and they moved me to a room similar to the one I saw in the pictures when I booked).
Other than that, everything was great. Fast and reliable wifi, amazing breakfast (special thanks to Solange for the tour of the restaurant), very comfortable and spacios room. Friendly staff.
But here you're mostly paying for the location. It's very close to the...

It was my first time staying here and I loved it. The staff are so professional and helpful. The cafe downstairs has great coffee and the room service food was delicious. Special shout out to Katrina as she ensured that I have such a great stay for my birthday! She’s so kind and helpful. Definitely visiting again.
