"Big spacious clean room. Room was quiet despite being in the center of town. Central location between train station and cruise shuttle drop off/pickup site. Lots of restaurants nearby. Claudia was an extremely gracious and helpful host. She was flexible and arranged breakfast to accommodate our excursion schedules. We stayed four days between cruises and having previously visited Rome, explored the surrounding countryside."

"This guest house is definitely one we would recommend. The owner, Francesco, made us feel very welcome and gave us a small gift upon arrival. We were shown the room which was spotless and told about the breakfast arrangements. There were drinks in the fridge which were included as well as water. A basket of biscuits and pastries, yoghurts, juice and tea and coffee made for a satisfactory breakfast. We asked for a restaurant recommendation and in doing so Francesco gave us a token to have a drink on him which was a nice touch. He gave us more the 2nd night too. I'm gluten intolerant and he went to a local bakery especially to get me some breakfast pastries which was lovely of him. We were given a map and he explained where to go locally. We cannot fault anything about our stay. Thank you Francesco and your assistant for making our pre cruise stay so memorable. "

"Great stopover for outbound or inbound cruisers. Spotlessly clean rooms. Bathroom are modern. This is more a B&B to sleep, grab a quick coffee in the morning and take in the city. Check on was efficient, but it does have restricted times. It is right by the cruise port. 20 min walk. But also some great restaurants, bistro and waterfront cafes to enjoy. Very safe! One special note. You get a key card and 2 keys for your unit. Follow the instructions to understand how to use them. Also a few flights of stairs to come up to the main level. So if you have a large suitcase, be prepared to tag team it up. Well done " Stendhal!!""

"Did not receive email till 4/10 regarding room was on 2nd floor and no elevator, Actually was on 3 floor. Bathroom was not inside our room. No lobby had to text that we were outside to let us in. Hard to find also"

"Let me start with the fast check in was terrible. Asked about transportation from the airport to hotel, never heard back was told via email Marco would contact me, never did. Took a taxi to the hotel and even the taxi driver could not find this hotel. He dumped us in an ally and said it’s here. Doing this whole process via virtual and no front desk is unacceptable. After 3 flight of stairs no elevator we get to our room. It was acceptable however dirty floors and shower had mold on the tile. Did finally get out to visit the town the people were very friendly and helpful. Pizza was awesome and the cappuccino shop was well awesome. And special kudos to the market next to this hotel he was so nice and even helped us with our luggage. He went out of his way and walked us to the shuttle for our cruise. The Market was Maharmahi Mini Market spoke perfect English and was a life saver. Thank you Thank you. Never again will I stay at a virtual hotel !!!"

"Small breakfast but everything you’d need to start the day properly. Room was large and beds were comfortable. Location was quiet and felt like we were locals in the village. Staff was very helpful and friendly. "
