Checkin is at 4 but my room was not ready until. The bed was very uncomfortable & the room was cold (with a pathetic small oil heater to try & heat it). "

I wonder when hotels realise that bay Marie or similar do not work. The room was fine but don't like the new idea of no clean rooms, now it's just top ups of what you need "
