"OK. I want to give a better review than I am giving, but I just cant. The place is run down - it was clean, but very tired. Mattresses were the real cheap - old spring type and we could feel every spring. The main bedroom - I couldn't use because there was no power near the beds, so I had to sleep in a single bed to be near a power point. "Shower didn't work, rooms run down and noise from the roads keeps you awake all night. Due to arriving after office hours there was no one to raise the shower issue to. Took video footage to share with owners but they were not interested when I complained in the morning told us there was nothing wrong. Do yourself a flavour and pick another hotel"

"Our experience at the Royal Hotel in Singleton was very pleasant. The staff were very friendly and helpful from check -in, Bar and restaurant and the rooms were fantastic could not be happier. Will definitely stay there again when in the area.😃💕💕"
