"Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room had an unpleasant smell, the fridge was not working, and the carpet was very dirty. The cabinets were outdated and the overall condition of the room did not feel clean. The air conditioner was located only in the hallway, so both bedrooms were extremely hot. The area was also very noisy, and we were unable to sleep properly. Because of the cleanliness concerns, we didn’t feel comfortable using most of the facilities in the room.
