"I actually picked this place by accident as I didn’t realize it was a no staff hotel. I had issues to access the app to get the required door codes, but the staff were really helpful and sorted it out, it was my SIM not the hotel. Thanks you. If you need a place to stop on route this is the place."

"Convenient location in between Malung and Mora. On the website I saw that bed linens and towels could be ordered ahead of time since we did not travel with our own. Cabin was clean. WiFi only worked in kitchen. TV was for DVDs only, no local channels. I didn't realize I'd have to supply my own toilet paper. When I would contact the staff, they would keep reminding us that it was not a hotel and that we would have to supply some items. I guess next time, we'll stay in a hotel."

"The hotel had a home town feel. The staff was helpful, informative, and friendly. They knew my name and made me feel welcome. The room was simple, clean and comfortable. The rate was quite reasonable. The food in the restaurant was delicious. I will be coming back to this hotel next year."
