The staff at check in were polite and helpful. There's a convenience store off the lobby, nice to have that. The room was clean and had everything you would expect. The very special thing this hotel has to offer is the excellent natural hot springs bath, free to hotel guests (not coed). If you are a hot springs fan like me, you should definitely stay here.

Clean and comfortable hotel. They upgraded me to a larger room at no cost (and without my asking). Good location with many dining options and a shopping district close by. Also a nice park kitty-corner across the street on either side of a river - great for an afternoon walk.

Soundproof and very dark rooms with the window closed could not hear the construction nearby at all. A/C was fantastic very cold. The neighborhood was safe and the Korean BBQ nearby was delicious with helpful staff. I would not necessarily recommend this for families unless you’d like to explain what a “gentlemen’s club” is, there’s a “few” nearby. The only thing I would recommend for the hotel is some larger towels, 4 hand towels make it a bit difficult to shower especially if there’s more than...
