"The room has an unusual smell when we check in. I tried opening the window for hours, but the smell persists. I suspect it’s the old air conditioning system that’s causing the issue."

"It's a clean place, but it's very rundown and depressing. The beds are so so. The bed clothes were haphazard. A bar of soap and a bottle of shampoo in the shower.. Coffee maker with no coffee. No water bottles. Breakfast doesn't start until seven. Not a place I would consider staying again or recommending."

"Had to go to front desk to figure out how to turn on the shower. They had a laminated placard with a diagram which tells me they get the question all the time and begs the question, why not have the diagram in the room?"

"This place was the prefect quick and relaxing get away I needed. Staff ( Cheryl) was super kind - everyone was kind to us ! Will go back 100% for sure ."

"So went we got there it was the last room available and that’s ok, they told us there were no elevator cuz it was out of service, ok but they give us the four floor, I was with my 2 kids my stroller and my bags, we asking why? And she said idk it just out of order. ( next morning we saw the cleaning cure using the elevator). We got to the room the door was stuck, the television wasn’t working, the WiFi was down, we literally could watch nothing on the tv. When I call to ask what was happening with the WiFi she said idk, I think they working on the line” but with a rude attitude. We only have 2 towels. It was hard the going up to the stairs but it was a good time with my family. Even of everything my kids did like the pool. I think that was the only good thing about it."
