The beach is strewn with garbage (which I understand is something they cannot help).... I don't mean to be a bummer here, but buyer beware. The price point is great.... I came to Winneba to visit friends.... And the free breakfast is nice.... And the staff are very, very friendly. But, it is not the kind of resort where you will leisurely hang out by the pool. If you like loud house music, then this is the place. "
