Staff was quite nice and the pool looked nice even though we didn’t use it. Location was convenient to what we wanted to do in the area. "The room was adequate. They are trying to do little things to improve the look of the room. But I knew what I was getting with the cost of the room and the area. We were there for spring training and we were just going to sleep and leave and I got exactly what I expected. If you’re looking for a luxury in amenities, not this place if you just wanna crash for a few hours and get out for cheap this is definitely your place. "

"Continental breakfast was beagles, toast, pastry, cold boiled eggs, cold cereal with milk, granola bars, flavored oatmeal packages to do in the microwave, fresh fruit, yogurt, coffee and juice. Everything looks good and clean we didn’t use the pool and hot tub but it looks good too. Room was clean. Great location also. "

"This property is gorgeous and the location itself is so close to some of the best spots in Arizona from shopping to food. The hotel staff is amazing and they go above and beyond at every turn to make you feel special. Plus the restaurant and complimentary meals and drinks are exceptional. 10/10"

"The beds were disgusting, covered in stains sheets and mattresses, cigarette burn holes and satin on the comforter’s, both beds, there were chunks of the wall missing from rot, the bathroom had black mold all over. There were bugs flying around in the room. I went to the front desk, and requested a refund for the night and the following night. And I was told there was nothing she could do, “her boss was gone until Monday”. This property is disgusting and stole $300 of my money. "
