"Very comfortable stay. Cosy room n nice bed. Book the Lake view room for the view. Very convenient location. Less then 5 minutes walk to the bus stop. And many local eateries along the street. Buffet breakfast has nice and light local food. And basic western fare of eggs, ham, hash brown and nuggets. Good local jams n fruits"

"I arrived at 9pm. There door was locked and no one was at the desk. I wandered to a hotel next door and they told me to go back. I waited in the rain for 10-15 the guy to show up. Getting the room was easy. However parking is 700 meters away. I had to drive to a random lot and walk back with my bag in the rain. Also brealfast is only one hour. 730 to 830. So I missed it. "

"The local area is very small. Even though the hotel’s location seems a bit far from the port, it’s only 10 min walk. We had a room with lake view. Breakfast is well prepared (their menu)"

"Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The view is beautiful and I would give it a 5 stars view. The amenities you can buy at reception at extra cost. It’s a 3 Stars hotel so one should not expect a 5 stars amenities and etc. but definitely a 5 stars staff friendliness and view of the lake. "

"From the moment you step onto the property the staff and ambience takes your breath away. The views are stunning. The service was 11/10. They upgraded our room without us asking as they knew we were celebrating a special occasion. The Chinese restaurant was delicious! My only regret with my booking was choosing to stay one night. If I stayed for two nights…I probably would never want to leave. The only minor inconvenience was that the room doesn’t offer many outlets for personal use. I needed to unplug the humidifier or room scent diffuser to use my Dyson or charge my devices. "
