The location is very convenient for travelers - it’s right in the same building as train station with many shops and restaurants around. We had a restful and enjoyable stay for 3 nights. Btw, breakfast is excellent with freshly squeezed orange juice and all sorts of delicious, nutritious food.

Great experience from check in to check out. Really friendly and efficient service. New new hotel and facilities. Right next to the Aomori Station - so convenient. Highly recommended for convenience - station, A-Store and the museum.

The hotel was in a great location, situated above the Lovina market just beside the train station. Staff were super sweet, onsen and spa were very lovely. Breakfast was great and healthy options as well. I had a great time. Only downside was that the elevator is shared with the mall and sometimes took time.

I brought my family here for our Aomori visit. Among us we booked 7 rooms of differing types. I had nothing but the most positive feedback from my whole family. The rooms were great, the staff was amazing, and their bartender was nice and made great cocktails too. Those that tried it loved the breakfast buffet including myself. :) Fwiw, feels like the hotel itself can be a destination, I definitely want to go again. Thank you Relabo!

Great location; easy to get to and depart from using public transit; great staff; breakfast was wonderful; clearly very new and modern as of 2026, including in its amenities. We'd stay here if we returned to Aomori.

The hotel was located right by the JR station, we were shocked how closed it was. We arrived early and the front desk staff allowed us into that room, which was greatly appreciated! The hotel was super clean with modern decor! I wish I paid attention to the fact that it was a spa as I didn’t not make advanced reservation for a facial! Their spa facility looked quite “zen”. Unfortunately they could not accommodate me but I guess I will just have to visit Aomori again!

Our stay in Aomori was made truly special by the exceptional kindness and support of the entire hotel team. On our way from Shin-Hakodate to Shin-Aomori on the Shinkansen, we unfortunately left a backpack on the train. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff immediately offered to help and contacted the JR service hotline on our behalf. Later that afternoon, they even accompanied us to the JR information counter in Aomori to help us communicate and follow up on the situation. Once we confirmed that our backpack had been found, the staff went above and beyond again. They helped arrange for the backpack to be sent from Tokyo back to our hotel in Aomori. We were especially touched by the kindness of two staff members from Taichung and Hong Kong, who patiently helped us with translation, as well as the Japanese staff member who carefully recorded our subsequent travel itinerary. They even proactively offered to contact our next hotel and arrange another delivery if the package arrived after we had already checked out. This level of care and hospitality was truly beyond what we expected. Every member of the hotel team was warm, patient, and genuinely willing to help. The hotel itself is also excellent. Everything is clean and well maintained, and the onsen and sauna were wonderful places to relax after a day of traveling. We particularly enjoyed the variety of wellness programs, including yoga and meditation classes. The breakfast was also delicious, fresh, and healthy.

My stay at ReLabo Medical Spa & Stay was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel is beautifully designed, combining modern comfort with a relaxing wellness atmosphere.
