"Great location, just a short walk from Nagano Station and easy to find. It's on the same road that leads to Zenkoji Temple. For a two-night stay this met my expectations. Facilities were clean and tidy. I also had the chance to dine in at their Mash Cafe - it was a nice, cozy ambiance and the food and drinks were delicious. Staff both at check-in counter and cafe were very friendly. "

"It was a nice Japanes experience with the futon on the floor. Only two points negative. There was no towels for the shower unless you rented it for 200 yen. Breakfast was only croissants with coffee, juice,butter and jam. "

"The hotel is old and worn down. The common areas don't look like they've been updated in decades.There are few facilities and it is very poor value for money."
