"When I arrived to check in, my reservation didn't show up in the system. After 45 minutes, the manager came to tell me there was a problem because their systems weren't connected to Expedia. They initially tried to assign me a room for two people, so I showed them the reservation on my Expedia app, and they then gave me a room for three. When we got to the room, the air conditioning wasn't working; I called reception to ask for a room change, but they said nothing else was available for that...

"We planned a short trip to Antofagasta and booked the Terrado Suites. Our room overlooked the bay and the ocean with stunning views. The staff were very helpful and treated us like VIP guests and the food and service in Casablanca restaurant was first class. We could not have asked for more."
