"We were not sure what to expect staying in an apartment instead of a hotel, but the place was just fine for our family. You want the third floor if you want easy access to the rooftop rec area via sliding glass doors. That's what we had, and it was nice to be able to walk right out onto the patio."

"Our key pace was not working for entry but once we were able to get that fixed all was good. Location location location and amenities awesome."

"Our stay was very enjoyable, very clean, communication with the host was prompt. We would highly recommend to other and if we come back to Nashville, we would try to stay again."

"This studio apartment was perfect for our weekend stay in Nashville. Seth and Chloe thought of everything. The place was super clean, the bed was very comfortable and a 15 minute drive to Broadway. I would stay here again. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your quaint apartment. Cam and Missy from Inman South Carolina. "

"Excellent location, the property is lovely, and the host is very nice"

"The property was clean the host respond to all my questions fast made it easy to communicate with her. Definitely will pick this place over and over."

"We have stayed here before and always enjoy it. Perfect location. It is 19 blocks from Broadway. Close enough to downtown to enjoy it and far enough to forget about it when it’s time to relax. Very close to many amenities. Very clean cottage and a friendly host. We consider this our Nashville home."

"Great location. Clean."

"Perfect location, amazingly comfortable bedding (I wanted to take it home! Haha!) easy check-in and a lovely stay in Nashville"

"Host great, Location Great Safe, Condo Cute Needs some updates in the bathroom but not a big deal (Pealing Drawers) Biggest issue was cleanliness. Looking for a hair dryer found a towel in the drawer that was stuffed with who knows what crusty.(No hair dryer not an issue) Towels Old and dingy. The bathroom where not cleaned very well. Looks very much like they hire a company and its a speed threw clean. Could Use a deep clean ( Corners, Tub, Walls etc) But over an okay stay"
