Amazing villa , location,pool , everything you could possibly need was available in the villa. First time I'd booked with vrbo also. The hosts were helpful ,sent all info you could possibly need,villa was so clean and decorated beautifully. Really impressed would definitely return.

Had a great stay. House was spotlessly clean - felt like we were in a friends house and not a rental.My daughter got stuck in the toilet & host was very helpful. Contacted Steve & he was there within minutes.Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful house. Exactly as described. Would definitely stay here again. Only inconvenience was having to travel a mile or so to get groceries. Wasn’t a big problem as taxis were really cheap (3 to 4 euros).

Poor Management

Overall the villa itself, location, rooms, garden was very good. Communication with the owner was prompt and detailed. Due to a late return flight, we were allowed to stay at the villa until 4.30pm for which we were extremely grateful.However there were a few issues.1. It was not made clear in the property description that the tv only had one english channel. If you are polish, italian, german or arabic, there was plenty to watch, but most of the satellite channels were scrambled.2. We attempted to contact the management company, using the phone number given, at least 12 times, but received a voice message saying " unable to connect your call, there is a problem with the network". When we emailed them it took 48 hours for them to respond, and that was after we emailed the owner. We even emailed them our mobile number.3. The barbecue was unusable, (see pictures below) the grid at the bottom was broken, the grill tray was filthy, and the large Hibiscus bush next to the bbq made it a fire risk. The original pictures of the outside are totally different to reality.I would imagine there is very little communication between the management company and the owner with whom we have no issues. But I would suggest she takes a trip to the property to get a better idea of the issues.

Schönes Haus gute Ausstattung

Das Haus entsprach den Erwartungen. Die Ausstattung war komplett. In der Küche war alles vorhanden.Schade, dass die Lage in der Einflugschneise liegt.Schade, dass der Pool gesperrt war.Schade, dass im Nahbarhaus eine große Sanierung stattfand. Laute Bohrhämmer über Tage.

Perfekte Lage für Unternehmungen auf der Insel

Ruhig gelegen mit angenehmer Nachbarschaft und dem Pool über die Straße ist die Wohnung der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Fabulous Holiday

We thought the property and location was amazing and perfect for all of our needs. It was the first time we have tried this type of accomodation on holiday and it did not disappoint. The owners have a beautiful house and the facilities were beyond what we imagined. It is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, well maintained, private and spacious. The use of the communal pool was easy and enabled us access to a pool which was quiet and spaciousl The garden area is stunning and we enjoyed spending time at the house as well as going out and about. The owners were so helpful in answering queries we had and there was nothing that has not been thought of within the property. We have a wonderful stay.

Great find!

We had an excellent stay at this amazing villa. Located directly across from the communal pool for ease of access. Plenty of parking available on the street if you don’t want to use the driveway, like us. Definitely need a car. It is walkable down to the seafront but I wouldn’t enjoy the climb back up but you do have option of taxi which are readily available outside the Aquatico Shopping Centre. The villa itself is spacious, has a downstairs toilet & shower. Nice small conservatory area and Astro turfed garden with plenty of chairs. Lovely views from both downstairs and upstairs. Would be better if more privacy on the roadside to enjoy lounging on the garden. Plenty of utensils/crockery etc in the kitchen. Had no big issues, just my own idiotic knowledge of how to operate the tv/lamp and safe but this was quickly resolved by the local contacts. Would definitely stay again and recommend to family. Thank you for a wonderful holiday!

Gorgeous Views

Good location, everything as listed, wonderful comfy bed, great garden to relax in, peaceful and restful, fabulous pool just across the road, we had a car but we could have managed without, maybe a taxi would have been required a couple times with shopping etc. we will definitely be returning

Very enjoyable stay

Very clean, comfortable and well equipped property. Just a few steps away from the well maintained communal pool. We enjoyed the quiet location and the excellent view. Owner was super quick to respond to questions. Would definitely return.

Beautiful house

Stayed here for 4 weeks. The house is amazing and has everything you need including washing machine and dishwasher. The house was more than big enough for us two adults and two teenagers. The garden is amazing with sun all day handy if the pool is a bit busy but this only happened into our third week when locals were on holiday from school but even then not terribly overcrowded and always spotless. I have walking difficulties and had to get taxis to restaurants etc. but I knew this before I went and would not put me off returning. Communication with Loretta was very good.

die Küche ist in einem desolaten Zustand, Geschirrspüler im Nebenraum, alles fettig und nicht geputzt, eine riesen Unordnung in der ganzen Krücke. Badetücher sehr alt und ungepflegt. Garten ungepflegt, Unkraut wächst mehr als Blumen, der Rasenteppich wurde in einem Monat nie gereinigt. (Tauben Kot ) nicht Premium würdig, das ganze Haus ungepflegt..

Lovely holiday

Visited for 7 nights in mid February, two adults and two teenagers. Property had everything we wanted. Great location with lovely view of sea, 10 min walk from shops and 15min walk to caleta. Relaxed in garden most days, pool looked great but too cold to try in feb. Villa was spotless, towels and linen provided. Rooms were lovely. Kitchen had everything we needed. Communicated with Loretta by email which worked well, easy access using key box. Good internet for our two teenagers. Relaxed in spacious garden most days. Have holidayed in caleta previously and would book this villa again, Robert and Kam

Home from home

Had a lovely week staying at this property. It has everything that you need for a very comfortable stay. It was ideal for 2 couples and is a fabulous location for the golf course. We hired a car as the shops and restaurants are a short distance away. Taxis only cost approx 5 euros each way and there is a wide variety of restaurants in the town. We used the well equipped BBQ several times. The nearby supermarket is well stocked for supplies. I had some nice correspondence with Loretta prior to our stay. We would definitely stay here again.
