"The hotel is in a fabulous position in Jean les Pins both for the beach and the Cote d'Azure The facilities and staff were first class. The hotel is spotlessly clean and fresh with a marvellous continental breakfast on offer. It is a short walk from the train station taking you towards Antibes,Nice and Monaco or Cannes and Grasse. I would highly recommend the Helios"

"A lovely hotel close to the beach and town centre with a helpful staff"

"Very tired hotel, breakfast is ok but the eggs that were brought out fresh were freezing cold. Would expect a bit more from a Marriot hotel"

"Everything was working very well for us until the elevator broke down. We were on the 4th floor and we have to use the stairs for 2 days! They didn't fix it and didn't even apologize for it when we checked out and had to carry our laggage on the stairs!"

"Quiet, beds very comfortable rooms a bit small but great shower ! Staff friendly and helpful you can walk to the restaurant area in 10 minutes we had a great day at the beach club associated with the Villa …"

"Bien situé"

"Beautiful hotel . OpenTerrace bar gives fantastic view on top of the hotel . Lidl is 5 min walk , beach 5mins . Lots of restaurants in a few minutes walk"

"Stayed from the 2nd of November till the 8th 2026. Everything is great, clean.. Cute property. From this point of view no problème. But don't count on sleeping.. The last 2 days could not sleep due to noisy guests arriving late and making so much noise installing themselves. Then they spoke so loud. Could not complain to anybody as there is no staff at the reception. When they finally got quiet the snoring of another guest kicked in....very frustrating. Property clean, property nice. But...

"Had a great stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and breakfast was good too. The hotel rooms don't have any separate conditioner so bring your own if your hair requires it. Mine does! Loved this hotel and would stay here again if ever in Antibes."

"Great place"
