"The unit was not clean. The floors look like they hadn't been mopped for months, the skirting boards in all the rooms have dirt and mould on them. There is spiders and spider webs along the cornice in all the rooms. The toilet seat in the ensuite was not clean, there is urine all around the top of the toilet and around the fittings of the toilet seat. It is advertised as having garage parking, however there is no remote to operate the garage door. The front door entrance is filthy, old grass...

"Difficult to sleep as sheets were itchy and a lot of light intrusion. B&B? No coffee, sugar or tea, milk supplied. The bathroom was very dusty and toilet either stained or not cleaned. Previous tenants rubbish left behind in bathroom and a dirty sock left under the lounge cushion. Kitchen adequately equipped. Furniture adequate. We have stayed in many budget accommodation and never experience dusty, rubish and scratchy sheets before. Wont be back."

"Good communication Great house Take images of the entire property to have on hold for your departure as they will take the security deposit without due process and or response. There are multiple maintainence issues that will be put on accountability to you as the renter. Had to go through the “stayz” personally to rectify the deposit withdrawal as they had made allegations of damages. When we replied that we had the time stamped dated entry images they ceased communications with us without...

Boonah Motel

10/10 Excellent

"Excellent host and well kept accommodation. Would stay there again. Walkable distance to town."

Australian Hotel Boonah

10/10 Excellent

"I was after an overnighter in that general area and the Aussie was a fraction of the price of anything within cooee. It is an old structure but well maintained along with toaster and tea/coffee/chocolate making facilities in my room. Comfy bed, easy chair, table, TV etc. Only thing less than perfect was that the shower fitting couldn't be adjusted properly because one of the wingnuts wouldn't tighten properly. For all that it was still adjustable enough to have a good shower. More than happy. Thoroughly recommend the Aussie."

A beautiful private Guest House on Superb Colonial Property.

10/10 Excellent

"This property suited our purposes perfectly. There was ample room for us and having a good size fridge came in very handy as did the washing machine. Loved having access to "pay TV" and wifi and the yard area was just right for our dog although it is not fenced. The location was perfect for us as we were accessing the Ipswich Showground each day of our stay. The location was also only a short drive from shops and plenty of parks nearby too. We would happily book this property again and we certainly recommend it to others who are looking for something in this area."
