"We came to this hotel as a family to meet my parents and had our children with us. The room arrangement was perfect. We booked a family room with a separate room and bathroom for our children, while we had our own private room with a balcony.
Before arriving, I called internationally to request that our room and my parents' room be on the same floor. Unfortunately, the staff was not very helpful. I spent about $50 on the call and was told to request it at check-in. At one point, someone actually hung up on me—disappointing.
The hotel itself was lovely, with a great beach and an abundance of food. THE FOOD WAS AMAZING!
Cleanliness could be improved. There was dust and debris under the beds, and my daughter found a cigarette and lighter under one of them, making it clear that housekeeping was not cleaning underneath. We loved the rain showers, but the shower stalls had some mildew and could use fresh caulking.
The daily discotheque was overwhelmingly loud and made it almost impossible to sleep, even with earplugs. If you want a quiet environment at night, this may not be the place for you.
We also tried the Turkish bath and massage experience, and that was a WOW!
Overall, we enjoyed the hotel, beach, room setup, and especially the food!"
