Amazing!

Everything was really great! The WiFi did not reach our room all that well and the bathroom door did not shut properly. But the rooms were clean the hot water was great and the breakfast was great with an amazing view! Reception was also really helpful!

Nice clean old city hotel

Nice hotel in the old city of Antalya. Block off the Mediterranean. Great view from the terrace, wonderful breakfast overlooking the sea. Very clean.Both desk and cleaning staff were great and friendly as well as helpful. Only problem was the music from the motel bar and the bar across the way, but that going to happen at any hotel in the old city. Will use this hotel again if I am in the city.

Доброго дня! В Анталии были уже не первый раз и до этого проживали тоже в старом городе. Взяли номер для троих взр.-семейный с 2мя спальнями. Расположение. Отель находится в центре Анталии, в старом городе, рядом множество ресторанов, в пару минутах ходьбы парковая зона, набережная. Пляж рядом нашли только платный, 30 лир с человека и при этом, не всегда можно выбрать лежаки, т.к. все занято. Номер. В целом не плохо, но есть НО.. старая сантехника, не приятно в душевой кабине стоять без обуви, покрытие то ли грязное, то ли уже так стерлось из-за чистки, но не приятно. В комнате пахнет сыростью, во второй спальне нет места, где разместить вещи, шкаф в номере есть, но находится в первой комнате, где жила дочь. Т.к. номер находится на 3м этаже, непосредственно под баром, то до 12 ночи просто не уснуть, играет музыка, слышны все передвижения стульев и цоканье каблуков. Если спать ложитесь позднее 12, то проблем не будет, потом все тихо, звуков с улицы было не слышно. Обслуживание. Заселение прошло сразу по приезду, часа в 3 дня. Персонал вежливый, всегда готов помочь. Сервиз не навязчивый, убирались когда нас не было в номере. Полотенца меняют каждый день. Заказали трансфер в отеле до аэропорта, стоит в 2 раза дешевле (80 лир) чем мы заказывали по приезду. Бассейн. Планировали поплавать, но насколько поняли, бассейн находится в другом отеле, что не очень удобно, поэтому не пользовались. Завтрак. первый завтрак почему-то был в другом отеле, не очень.. в нашем лучше.

Видимо, мне достался самый последний номер в отеле. В номере не работали бра, видимо лампы перегорели. Персонал отеля любезно предоставил мне работающий холодильник взамен неисправного в номере и поменял батарейки в пульте телевизора. К своему удивлению обнаружила, что в душевой кабине нет одной дверцы. В комнате без включения принудительной вентиляции пахло канализацией и сыростью. И наружные блоки всех кондиционеров отеля выходили на сторону моего окна. Я слушала непрерывное громкое гудение всех кондиционеров отеля всю ночь. Спасибо, что персонал отеля был крайне любезным и отвечал на все мои вопросы и был готов всегда помочь

Not good for winter stay

Located right next to the water in the historic district, the hotel is quaint. The staff is kind and courteous, the breakfast spread is good and the price was more than reasonable. However, it is not a good place to stay in winter. The heating of the tiny room I stayed in was provided by a heat-exchanger that blew directly on the hard bed. The room was quite cold when I arrived back each time and it took about a half-hour to warm up. The bathroom was not heated at all and had a window that would not close, making it impossible to use it for anything beyond the most basic necessities due to the sub-10°C (50°F) temperatures outside. One almost needed a coat to sit on the commode. The terrace where breakfast was served was frigid, so much so that the "warm" foods had cooled to refrigerator temperatures by the time I'd made it the 3 meters from the serving trays to my table. At least the tea was nice and hot and they had a couple space heaters set up. The view was phenomenal, though! That being said, I will not stay here again in the winter
