Discover the city centre and its lively market, its cobbled streets and the beautiful canals of "Little Venice of the Alps".
🅿️ A private parking space can be reserved in addition at a rate of €25/day.
This apartment can accommodate up to 8 people.
The accommodation consists of:
Ground floor: Kitchen open to the living/ dining room. A first bedroom has a bed 180x200cm (King Size) and its shower room.
Upstairs: the rooms are equipped with a 180x200cm bed and a TV. The first one has a spa bath and a Japanese toilet. The second has a shower room and a toilet.
The apartment is equipped with a Smart TV, wifi, air conditioning and all the necessary amenities to have a good stay such as a Nespresso coffee machine, a washing machine...
Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.
Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake is a 15 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path makes all the way around the lake).

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage.
⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a stand-alone arrival solution cannot be found, an additional 20€ will be charged.
If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
🧳To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
