"Very well maintained, clean and modern accommodation. Walkable distance to the bus interchange (there is a side pedestrian tunnel to the hotel entrance instead of stairs). Warm and friendly customer service. We left our luggage overnight to go up the mountain and collected them the following day."

"I don’t understand how a hotel will not allow guests to control the temperature of their rooms. The air conditioning system is turned off and you’re not allow d to cool your room. So you do not get a good sleep because you’re hot all night. Can’t open windows, too noisy outside"
