Fraud - To be avoided

The host asked me to pay upon my arrival as she supposedly had not received the money from hotels.com, even though I had prepaid through the plaftorm. Despite proof of payment provided to hotels.com and countless interactions with customer service, the hotel did not admit getting the payment twice and hotels.com completely let me down, saying it's the hotel's conditions and that they can't do anything about it. So be warned, not only this place is not honest, it is also very average, quite loud, dirty, with not a great breakfast. And on top of that, hotels.com can't be trusted...don't seem to care about it and let fraudulent host on the platform.

A estadia em geral foi muito boa! O atendimento foi ótimo, o café da manhã têm variedade, tudo fresquinho. A acomodação é confortável porém necessita de algumas manutenções, tivemos problema com a pia do banheiro que estava entupida e no box um piso estava quebrado mas a pousada é de fácil acesso, muito acolhedora, organizada. Estão de parabéns! Muito queridos!

Pousada pequena e extremamente simples, com boa localização. Para reservas com data próxima, é prudente ligar para confirmar, pois eles também reservam no balcão e a Internet local possui algumas limitações (às vezes cai).
