"Our stay got off to a rather disappointing start, with a few issues that affected our initial experience.
That said, what truly deserves recognition is how the hotel responded to our feedback. After we raised our concerns, the hotel manager reached out personally, apologised for the inconveniences and
the hotel staff then went above and beyond to ensure that the remainder of our stay was a pleasant one. Their attentiveness, willingness to listen and genuine efforts to turn things around did not go unnoticed.
While there were certainly some shortcomings at the beginning, I believe it is equally important to recognise when a hotel takes feedback seriously and makes a genuine effort to put things right.
We appreciate the team for turning our initial disappointment into a much more positive experience. That willingness to go the extra mile speaks volumes, and we hope they continue in that spirit."
