New Management Holiday Home 'Villaggio Colombo V5 economy' with Terrace and Shared Pool

Located in Andora (SV), Villaggio Colombo V5 economy is a 42 m² brick-built holiday villa with a veranda and garden. It sleeps up to 5 guests and has a living room with a single sofa bed, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Amenities include air conditioning and satellite TV. Wi-Fi is available only in communal areas. Beds are made on arrival. A high chair, cot, microwave and hairdryer are available on request for an additional fee. The building has a coin-operated washing machine and a reception open during office hours.



The highlight is the private outdoor area with a garden, covered terrace, playground and outdoor shower. Shared facilities include a pool with parasols (open from mid-May to late September), a children's pool, a playground and a tennis court. The villa is further from the communal areas, hence the economy name.



The property is about 1.6 km from the sea, on a beautiful hillside above Andora, within 25,000 m² of grounds surrounded by olive and mimosa trees. The nearest supermarket is about 1 km away. The holiday village is easily reached from the nearby motorway.



An unguarded parking space is available on the property. One pet is welcome free of charge. A second pet is allowed for a small additional fee payable on site. The property is under new management. Strict waste-sorting rules apply: please ask the owner for details on arrival.



You can bring your own towels or hire them for an additional fee.



The security deposit is refunded on departure after the accommodation has been inspected.
