We had an excellent stay in Gemma's and Federico's cozy and lovely vacation home. The location is just great and the beach is also we really good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely Property

Some VRBO rentals are just basic furnishings in a boring apartment. NOT this one.The house is very nicely put together with art and furniture. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony for coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening. Gemma even has a citronella mosquito coil, which worked much better than I might have guessed.There are 30-40 steps to get to the house from parking. BUT (pay attention) there are two entrances, one above the house and one below. So we brought our bags down the steps when we arrived, and then brought them down again when we left. No need to lug your bags up the stairs.The kitchen was create including a couple of outstanding frying pans. There is no oven, but there is a microwave. The coffee maker is a Lavazza pod system, so wait to get there before buying coffee. There is also a moka if you're a traditionalist.If you're interested in a Michelin one-star tasting menu, we recommend Vignamare, a short drive away.

Toller Urlaub zu 5. in einer Superwohnung! Die Ausstattung der Küche ist klasse, Kaffee da, Olivenöl, Pfannen, Gasherd. Inklusive tollem Ausblick und insgesamt sehr sauber alles. Wir waren rundum zufrieden, die Kids auch und Gemma und Frederico sind einzigartige Gastgeber, sehr liebenswert und man merkt, dass sie möchten, dass sich ihre Gäste wohlfühlen.

Das Ferienhaus entsprach exakt der Beschreibung. Eigentlich war es noch schöner. Die Terasse mit Blick aufs Meer, der parkähnliche Garten, die geschmackvolle Einrichtung, es hat einfach alles gepasst! Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit dort verbracht.

Incantevole soggiorno

La casa e' molto accogliente e si trova in una piccola valle verde e silenziosa. Che ristoro dello spirito! Con una breve passeggiata si raggiunge il mare.I padroni di casa e la gatta Micia ci hanno accolto con grande garbo e molte attenzioni.' La cittadina Andora e' essenziale, per ciò che abbiamo potuto constatare, e si trova in posizione favorevole per gite nei dintorni molto interessanti.(Per gli spostamenti e' meglio scegliere il treno)

Charmante italienische Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Ferienwohnung von Gemma und Frederico. Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über alles was man braucht. Die Anlage ist für Kinder gut geeignet und sie können sich frei bewegen und vieles entdecken. Gemma und Frederico sehr liebenswerte Gastgeber, die für alle Fragen offen stehen.

Grandiose Aussicht

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Küche ist ebenfalls gut ausgestattet. Die Aussicht ist sensationell. Die Vermieter sehr zuvorkommend, geben viele tolle Tipps bzgl. Ausflügen, Restaurant, etc. Das Bad wurde 2024 vollständig neu renoviert. Wir waren 5 Personen davon 3 Kinder. Für 4 Personen perfekt. Ein Kind hat im Wohnzimmer geschlafen (war vorher schon bekannt). Wie kommen sicherlich wieder.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Wir haben die Unterkunft mit 4 Erwachsenen gebucht. Es befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer in der Wohnung, 1 Doppelbett und 1 Doppelstockbett. Das Doppelstockbett ist für Erwachsene etwas klein da würde ein Doppelbett besser passen. Die Parkanlage ist überragend und für Hunde geeignet da sie abgeschlossen ist. Die Vermieter, Gemma und Frederico sind sehr nette Menschen und achten auf Kleinigkeiten wie Kaffeekapseln und zum Abschied noch eine Leckerli Tüte für Pablo unseren Hund. Wir sind im großen und ganzen zufrieden müssen aber ehrlicherweise auch anmerken das das Bad auch mal renoviert werden müsste, eine Kleine Badewanne mit Duschvorhang ist heute nicht mehr Standart! Fazit: für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern und Hund optimal, für 4 Erwachsene wird's mit dem Schlafen eng!

Wir haben uns gut erholt

Wir waren in der Vorsaison in Andora, da ist es noch sehr ruhig an der Riviera. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und die Vermieter sehr sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Wir haben ausgezeichnet und sehr gut geschlafen. Wir können die Ferienwohnung Gemma uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Perfekter Aufenthalt...

Wir wurden freundlich von Gemma und Federico empfangen. Sie haben uns das Appartement gezeigt und alles wichtige mitgeteilt. Eine Flasche Prosecco und 6 Flaschen Wasser standen schon bereit. (Wegen Wasserknappheit kam nur leicht salziges Wasser aus den Leitungen ). Federico hat uns zwischendurch immer mal wieder per WhatsApp über Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Märkte usw informiert. An einem Abend standen sogar Hundeleckerchen für unseren Australien shepherd vor der Tür. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden gerne wieder kommen. Herzlichen Dank an Gemma und Federico

Prachtig!

Februari 2022, met twee personen, ideaal pand, rechter appartement en onder-appartement niet in gebruik. Hele fijne ontvangst, prachtig huis, mooie plek om oost en west te verkennen. Vooral fietsroute San Lorenzo al mare naar Ospedaletti. Via fietspad (oud treinspoor), geen auto’s). Simpel en leuk. Directe omgeving (naast huis): mooi! Strand (5 min lopen): niet helemaal onze smaak. Voor ons is dit seizoen leuker dan waarschijnlijk erg drukke zomer. Huis is in zomer trouwens wel erg geschikt.

5 giorni di pace e relax in Pineta

Cercavamo un posto di pace e natura ed abbiamo trovato molto di più. Gemma e Filippo sono stati disponibili, professionali e pronti in ogni momento a venire incontro alle nostre necessità. La casa è perfettamente pulita in una location nel verde a pochi metri dal mare. Consiglierei caldamente un soggiorno in pineta a chiunque cerchi ospitalità, gentilezza e pace. Non ultimo trovare un albero di Natale, panettone genovese e prosecco…what else? Torneremo sicuramente

Wunderschönes komfortables Appartement in perfekter Lage

Die Gastgeber sind sehr sympathisch und gut zu erreichen, sollte etwas sein. Das Appartement ist großzügig geschnitten mit zwei Schlafzimmern, einem großen Wohnzimmer, Küchenbereich und Bad. Für uns als Familie mit zwei Kindern absolut perfekt. Der Blick vom großen Balkon - eher Terrasse - ist einfach herrlich. Ohne Auto ist man innerhalb von fünf Minuten zu Fuß am Strand. Alles in allem rundum fünf Sterne von uns!

Super nette, zuvorkommende Vermieter und ein Haus mit viel Charme

Die Lage ist wirklich ruhig und strandnah. Der nächste Strand ist ein privater, man muss dort Liegestühle mit Schirm mieten (Anfang Juni 30 EUR pro Tag), aber etwas weiter hinter dem Yachthafen gibt es kostenlose Strände. Im Haus sind nur zwei Apartments nebeneinander. Die Wohnung Gemma, wie auch der Garten rundherum sind wunderschön und haben einen einmaligen, ganz eigenen Charme. Das Foto vom Balkon, auf den der Essbereich herausgeht, wird der Realität nicht gerecht - der Balkon ist viel größer. Das Kinderzimmer mit dem Doppelbett ist sehr klein, dafür entschädigt aber das riesige, offene Wohnzimmer mit Kamin. Nachts tanzen im Garten die Glühwürmchen zwischen den Eukalyptusbäumen. Noch ein Hinweis: Zu "linnen", was man entweder dazubestellen oder selbst mitbringen kann, gehören auch die Handtücher. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Un incanto!

Si proprio una incantevole esperienza è stato il nostro soggiorno della scorsa settimana nella bellissima villa dei Signori Bellingheri. Immersa in una natura strepitosa tra pini marittimi, eucalipti, olendri e olivi non andresti mai via!....il mare azzurrissimo ne fa da cornice! Casa con tutti i confort, ampia e ben areeggiata circondata da terrazzi e dehor. Percorrendo un bellissimo percorso nel verde si arriva alla spiaggia di Pinamare in pochi minuti....un angolo speciale di Liguria. E che dire della gentilezza dei padroni di casa, grazie davvero della vostra accoglienza. Speriamo di poter ritornare per le prosime vacanze!. Maria Teresa e famiglia.

Schönes Haus und Fantastiche Lage

Sehr gemütliches Haus mit einem geräumigen Garten, ruhig gelegen mitten in Fichtenpark außerhalb Andorra. Kurze Fußweg zu Strände und die Marina. Gute Wanderungs- und Ausflügsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Danke und alles Bestens!

Ottima accoglienza, il posto è molto tranquillo è ideale per chi a voglia di ripassare , la casa è molto bella , molto pulita e ordinata , la Sr Gemma e de Federico sono persone molto disponibile e chi si preoccupano di come stanno suoi ospite !ho potuto finalmente portare miei cani senza problemi con me loro amano gli animali La spiaggia e bella e tranquilla , un paesino molto pulito e ordinato ! Wonderful stay

We greatly enjoyed the appartment which was large and very well furnished with a large and very welcoming balcony. We also greatly enjoyed the garden and the proximity to the sandy beach which was great for our grandkids and the town which is only a short walk away. Sehr gemütliche Unterkunft

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in Andora verbracht. Federico und Gemma haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns ihr großes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus überlassen. Alles ist sehr gemütlich, so dass wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt haben. Insbesondere der Kamin hat uns kuschlige Abende beschert. Unsere Kinder konnten den außergewöhnlich großen, abwechslungsreichen Garten erkunden. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man das Meer, man könnte sogar zum Strand laufen. Vielen Dank an Federico und Gemma, wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
