"We had a wonderful stay. The staff were friendly and genuinely helpful from check-in to checkout, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Another highlight was the on-site restaurant with very delicious dishes."

"The check-in process was efficient, but the room itself was outdated, poorly maintained, and very basic. Another issue was the Ancol entrance fee: obtaining it from the hotel was unnecessarily cumbersome, as it required guests to call well in advance rather than handling it on-site. In my view, these tickets should be available for purchase directly through Expedia at the time of booking."

"This appears to be an older facility than hasn’t been updated. The staff were really nice and accommodating and the breakfast was great. You were only give two towels and when asked for more they only brought up one extra. "
