"The restaurant leaves much to be desired. My steak was on the tough side and at least 1/3 was fat. As far as the breakfast buffet, that was even worse. The place was understaffed, you literally have to get up and chase down a waiter to order your eggs which once they arrive are stone cold. The bread products everyday are stale, dry and tough In short the hotel’s gastronomy is very disappointing experience right down to the wobbly, useless bamboo prongs at the breakfast buffet. "

"The room was too hot and the a/c seems it was not working. I called the front desk and the answer was that tge a/c was set for the whole building hot or cold and now it was hot."
