"Very disappointing – Not worth the money 0/5 We booked a one-night houseboat stay in the Kerala backwaters and unfortunately felt completely mis-sold. On arrival, there was no communication. We were asked to pay extra for meals despite them being included in our booking. "Great house and well located. Clean and well located on a quiet alley. Nice staff who were attentive and gave us a good welcome. Great rooms and plenty of bathrooms. A/C worked well. All in all, we would definitely come back."
