"The rooms were clean and the staff were great. But we had our day planned out since we had a short stay and the pool closed while we were in it and didn’t give an ETA of when it would reope which was really inconvenient. We also had a room with a fridge that didn’t work, they changed it out as soon as I called but I still had my things in there for over two hours even milk. My kids loved all the details they had throughout the hotel of all the characters."

"We had such a wonderful stay at the Disneyland Hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Our room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Traveling with a toddler can be stressful, but the room felt naturally child-friendly and safe, which gave us so much peace of mind.
