"Overall, this flat offered all we were looking for, a great price close to all the sights we were hoping to see. I assumed because it was a 3rd floor unit that there was an elevator, I was wrong. My husband is disabled so my own fault for not asking the question prior to booking. We didn't spend much time going up and down the stairs, and grandkids came in handy to retrieve meal deliveries. I understand that DC is undergoing gentrification, but I did not expect to experience people hanging out on the corner just across the apartment all times of day and night. "Good experience overall. The rooms were clean, and the location was very convenient, close to everything. Communication was great, and they were quick to respond to us. I had concerns about safety, but this home had 24-hour surveillance and secure entry codes for both the building and our room."
