"What a great place! I know it looks somewhat unassuming, but the care they take to make your stay excellent is like a resort. The breakfast has a lot of great options and every single employee was friendly and ready to help with anything. We had a snafoo with our sofa bed and they upgraded us to a larger suite. If you get a chance to choose the Crow’s Nest and have four or more people, I highly recommend it. It’s a third floor two bedroom apartment with fantastic views. Their hot tubs were also in good working order (out of season for the pool, sadly), and my husband enjoyed the gym as well. I have this on my short list of places to return. "
