"This is new, small, modern hotel. They only staff the Front Desk between 9am and 6pm. Otherwise, you have to trust they will answer the phone after hours. I heard a person standing outside the front door trying to check in, at about 8pm, for more than 5 minutes trying to reach them with their wall-mounted telephone/intercom system. I had a problem with my TV and I was told it could not be addressed until the next day. I stayed two nights (same rate each night) and did not receive ANY housekeeping after the first night, not even to replace the coffee pods I used the first morning. It's nice, but one has to understand their limitations of trying to control costs -- at the dismay of guests."
