"Was a great stay with my family. The Kids Club was exceptional, along with the pool! While it appears there is only a small section posted as "kids pool", there didn't seem to be an issue taking kids in the other pools as long as they were supervised. The private beach was also very accessible and never seemed too crowded. The free shuttle and access to transport was very convenient and appreciated. It is to note that this is a large resort, and while the service was great, don't expect the same level of service as a smaller 5 star hotel. Would easily return to this hotel as a very family friendly place. "

"Nobody speak English. Room suppose view to the town view it’s facing building wall. Noise. Cheap breakfast. Poor restaurant.Wrong menu.Sold a small beer 4-time more expensive than a restaurant??? And more and more….."

"The hotel was excellent and the staff really did their best to assist. the Bearch front Seafood restaurant was brilliant and well worth a dinner. quite busy during the day, but after sunset its a lot less crowded. the manager Ms Kai was terrific too. "

"I was initially placed on the 10th floor, which had great views, but there was massive construction happening which affected my ability to sleep, so the hotel was nice in moving my room to another building the next day: which was on a 4th floor, so i had a partial view of the city and ocean. The rooms was i. Perfect condition and i loved that i had a washer (no dryer) on the balcony: i would stay again. "

"Love the friendly staff and clean room. This resort is not close to much attractions but they have a electric cart to take you to a local beach nearby. They have parasailing, paddle boarding, jet skis for very affordable price. Cheapest in all my vacation travels around the world. Parasailing cost 8000 Dong which is around $24USD. There are a restaurant at the beach but it is pricy for Vietman but hey - you are on vacation."
