"We found all the staff more than helpful with the food and beverages manger being exceptional!!! The pool area was in need of some attention with the stairway lights only going on when you are going up so be careful. The breafast was good but not much choice for Europeans. They could benefit by having bigger cups for tea and coffee as staff not that quick in refilling your cup and don't realize that people have milk in their tea and coffee. Would we stay there again most definitely great...

"A really amazing, unique hotel architecturally. My room had beautiful plant life on each balcony of the space which was lovely. A rain shower head as well as a wand option in the bathroom with a toilet closet that has its own sliding glass door to the outside. The top floor has a beautiful rooftop pool, workout room and grassy golf space! Breakfast is served fresh not microwaved every morning! Great for family or solo travelers."

"The hotel’s front entrance was still under construction when we arrived. There was also no power, so we had to wait outside in the scorching heat for a long time before we could check in. The bathrooms are very small, and the toilet and shower are combined into one wet room with no separation. Housekeeping was also disappointing, as there was no room cleaning service during our stay. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations."
