Coming from the US, our overall experience of staying at the hotel was spectacular! Amazing staff, amazing hospitality, amazing breakfast, amazing amenities ESPECIALLY the 24hr COFFEE that is self served! And not to mention conveniently located across the train station and next door is the grocery store!

This is a lovely hotel in many ways. It is a short walk from the Central railway station and just round the corner from the city centre. The reception staff are SO welcoming and consistently friendly as are the breakfast staff. Excellent buffet breakfast. The twin room was perfect, This is the second time I have stayed here and it would always be my first choice.

Even though my flight arrived early in the morning, the hotel staff welcomed me to use all facilities (restroom, charging outlets, lounge area) during the day as I waited for my room to be ready. The room was ready earlier than promised, and was spotless. The bed was super comfy and I had a most restful stay.

Hotel and rooms very clean. A/C very strong and good. Started right away. Breakfast adequate. Location perfect. Right across from central station. We walked everywhere. Very secure- there is a person at the desk at all times. Rooms was very small but adequate if you are mostly going to be out all day and great for the price. No shampoo or shower soap provided.

The staff is wonderful. The food and drink is different than where we are from and my daughter can be picky. In particular, the milk is different and the staff went to the store to get preferred milk. They went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant experience.

The hotel is old style, but it's clean and comfortable. The staff was great and it's right across the street from the train station. The city is accessible on foot from the hotel.
