"Upon our arrival the air conditioning was not functioning. Another room was offered. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was good but a cooked to order station would have enhanced the experience. We found the hotel location to be more than ideal. Hotel was within walking distance to just about all the major sights."

The only noise we would hear at night were the other guests closing their doors as they did not close softly. The room was clean and the bathroom was large with lots of storage for our toiletries. The hotel is very close to the football stadium so there were many sports fan in for the game. It is also well located to all sites as well as the bus and train stations."

"The hotel is not far from the center, between two tram stops. The staff and the amenities are excellent. My room looked on another building, but at last there was no noise of the traffic. The only problem was that I couldn't change the AC, there was a constant cold airflow in the room. All in all, I had a pleasant time in lovely Bilbao."
