We booked this to be close to Rainbow Street and really liked the neighborhood. Lots of cafés around, easy to park on the street. Communication was very efficient and swift, the room large, bright, clean, and quiet. Would come back again and can absolutely recommend.

Really appreciated the prompt communication from the host, and helpful information about transportation. The room is spacious and the rooftop view is amazing. Note that this is not a hotel, but private room and bathroom. Better than a hotel because of the shared kitchen and laundry area. Highly recommend!

Basel and the staff communicated consistently and clearly with me from the booking to my departure, everything was easy. The room itself was sparkling clean, the bed is VERY comfortable, and the common areas were nice. They were very accommodating and took care of everything I needed. I absolutely recommend Lemon Tree to solo travelers and people who like a straightforward experience. The location is safe and directly next to the Italian embassy. It was very walkable and I explored many restaurants and shops. Definitely try Dar Ne’meh up the street for breakfast!! The value was excellent. An extra plus: I’ve been traveling for a month from country to country and Lemon Tree has washing machines on-site - which was very helpful so that I was able to finally conveniently do a load of laundry! Keep in mind there are no elevators, but the staff was friendly and more than willing to help carry it to your room.

Comfortable stay in nice location.

Clean and comfortable room in a very good location, next to nice restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. Good communication through WhatsApp though it would be nice to have some more instruction on how to use the room, shared kitchen rules, etc... Overall, though a very good value for the area.

Great place to visit Amman and the nearby cities

This was our first stop in Jordan and I have to say we are all super happy to have chosen this place! Our rooms were all spacious and clean, with private bathrooms, and worked perfectly for our big group!! I particularly want to highlight the hospitality of both the owner and the doorman who were super patient with us - waiting for us on our late arrival - and gave us great recommendations for restaurants around the city. I absolutely recommend this accommodation!

The rooms in this guesthouse are super clean and come with the basic amenities. The bed is comfortable and the linens are spotless. Basel is a great host who was happy to offer help whenever we needed it. Great kitchen facilities and nice common areas. The location is amazing; it’s in a quite neighborhood but close to everything from downtown to touristic sites to restaurants and trendy cafes. I’ll definitely be back

I really liked the area, it was super convenient with restaurants and coffee shops as well as grocery stores, and it was pretty safe. It was also pretty near the Amman historical sites. Our host Basel was incredible, so nice and helpful with the transportation, and it was great having a laundry machine, dryer and coffee machine at our disposal. Thank you so much again!

Fabulous stay at Lemon Tree Residence! Basel and Adel are a great team, ensuring all guests check-in smoothly, are aware of the many things on offer around the area, and are having a perfect stay! Nice touches with regular and easy contact with Basel/Co-hosts, who really care about guests having a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Nothing was too much trouble and they were kind and flexible. I had an interview and the team were kind enough to let me stay and use the shared facilities after check out. The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped to cook for an army! Design and quality of finishes on point, clear that lots of thought has gone into the space. Great concept - shared spaces but private rooms and bathrooms. Area is perfect - quiet but a few mins walk away from the bohemian cages of Webdeih. Overall highly recommend for anyone visiting Amman.
