"Horrible experience. Check in started at 3 and I arrived at 8. I was told my room was not ready and wouldn’t be for a couple more hours due to staffing shortage. The manager only offered to cancel my reservation or call me when a room was ready. My disabled veteran husband started having mental issues so they got us a room quicker. Then our room had no towels. I saw a teenage housekeeper in hall who gave us towels and found out her mom was assistant manager who asked her to come in and help out....

"The room was clean but the bathroom wasn’t as clean as I’m used to staying in this chain of hotels. House keeping did really well making sure the room itself was clean, though. The breakfast was OK- Holiday Inn Express definitely has a tastier breakfast. Staff was friendly. Over all good experience."

"The room was dirty there was on the other side of the one bed against the wall was a bunch of food and stuff it wasn't vacuumed up dust balls hanging from the ceiling bugs in the bathroom and dirt on the bathroom floor it could have been a lot cleaner for the money"

"Shower was not so comfortable. Water pressure was not strong. Sink was not comfortable."

"This is a really nice hotel, quiet and clean. I especially like that it has trees around it. The lighting in the rooms is also really nice."

"Nice water pressure. The only bad thing it doesn't have elevators. It's got two levels, but no elevator. The staff was nice enough to give us the bottom floor because it would be hard to climb stairs for me."
