"Amazing place. Our rooms were super clean, the pool is a nice temperature and the location of the hotel is so convenient. It's so close to the ferry station, the airport and some truly amazing restaurants. Everyone from the staff was so helpful, welcoming and always ready to answer any of the questions we had. Even though it's close to everything the territory has this relaxing vibe like you're away from it all. Highly recommend!"

"Hotel is very nice, staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Despite having a 3.9 review, we enjoyed every meal we had at Sea Salt, the on-site restaurant. Gym is 24x7 and decently equipped. Note - beach ends at an erosion-prevention wall, so you can't walk into the water, and that also causes the water to be murky for quite a way offshore. Having the Belize Pro Dive Center on-site is great for excursions. "

We also loved ‘Nate the Great’ for our designer smoothies & coffee! The excursion desk was always helpful & ready to serve. We enjoyed the variety of excursions available as well!"

"Clean room. Extremely friendly staff. Any issues Ed had were fixed within minutes with a smiley face. Only downfall was the beach. Unable to swim to excessive seaweed buildup. They had workers that kept up with the sea weed build up every day, but were unfortunately we were inable to ever swim at the beach as we would sink up your knees in seaweed everytime we walked into the water. Not a big deal for us though because we enjoyed Secret beach and other beaches in the area. We would definitely stay here again."
