"Expedia FAILED to communicate to Motel 6 my request for a non-smoking room. All 3 room options had been smoked in (1 of them being weed). We picked the least one smelling of smoke. I did not sleep in the room, only my son did, I slept in my car, only used room to shower.
Expedia is neglecting a full refund even if they failed at communicating my request to ghe Motel 6. The Motel 6 staff said that if I would have booked directly with them, they would have refunded me immediately no questions...
