"Booked this hotel as a stopover for our flight the next morning. Shuttle to and from the hotel was reliable and frequent. Not much to walk to so we ended up taking an Uber to a restaurant on a lake. Overall, this hotel and price point was perfect for us."

"I came very late at night , specifically asked for two twins beds. We are couple and a child. Received 2 singles and a couch that was so narrow and uncomfortable for any human , my 12 years old couldn’t use it. This was last min booking, based on the reviews I took the chance. The worse night for our family, no one got a sleep. Not comfortable. We were told parking was close by, and it was 15 min walk . Not ideal at 1am. Normally I would ask if they had any other room, but we were exhausted...

"My family and I stayed here for 6 days. The staff is very friendly and they really look after their guests. Clean facilities. The rooms were also clean and up to date. Chris the manager, was very courteous and friendly, as well as attentive to any questions about the property and Crete’s tourist attractions. The heated pool was a great retreat. The breakfast was wonderful with quite a few healthy options. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely stay here again upon visiting Crete...
